41 – 51 president Avenue Caringbah

This is a new 300 apartment development. We have completed over 60% of our scope of work, which includes completing the upgrade of the stormwater main (on behalf of the shire council), sewer main and water main on behalf of (Sydney water). Approx 1 year to completion.

46 – 54 Court Road Fairfield

This is a new 350 apartment development. We have completed over 80% of our scope of work, which includes completing the upgrade of the sewer main on behalf of  Sydney water. Approx 6 month to completion.



1A Orchid Crescent, Ashfield

This is a new 20-apartment development. We’ve just commenced our scope of work, which includes completing the plumbing and fire hydrant installation for the entire building. Approx.. 1.5 years to complete.

9 Lincoln Street Eastwood

this is a new childcare built, half way through our scope of work, which includes completing the plumbing. Approx. 6 month to complete.



20 Gladston Street Balmain

This a new 4 townhouses development We’ve just commenced our scope of work, which includes completing the plumbing. Approx. 1 year to complete.

7 Thompson Street, Drummoyne

This is a new house development. We starting that project in 2 month time our scope of work, which includes completing the divesion of the sewer main on behalf of  Sydney water. Approx 1 year to completion.
